Are all my
choice locations owned by Penn National Gaming?

How do my tier points accumulate in mychoice in 2018?

Will rollover points be awarded in 2019?
Yes! Rollover points will be awarded in 2019 based on your 2018 year-end point total with Penn National Gaming. You will receive one award on the account that you play on most. They will be awarded no later than the end of February 2019.

choice is how you get great rewards, simply by playing your favorite slots and table games. This player loyalty program gives you the power to earn points at any Pinnacle Entertainment property nationwide.
What are the tier levels and how do I move up the tier levels?
Tier levels open up greater levels of rewards, based on your play. You can move up to higher tiers by playing more and earning tier points. The higher your tier, the greater your rewards. Tier points are re-set at the first of each year, but you’ll be upgraded to your higher tier status as soon as you earn the required point threshold.
Choice - You’re automatically enrolled at the Choice Tier when you sign up with my choice.
Advantage - Earn 1,000 tier points annually to achieve Advantage status.
Preferred - Earn 18,000 tier points annually to achieve Preferred status.
Elite - Earn 50,000 tier points annually to achieve Elite status.
Owners Club - Earn 200,000 tier points annually to achieve Owners Club status.
What happens if I lose my mychoice card?
You can get a duplicate card by stopping by the my
choice Center at your closest Pinnacle Entertainment destination. Don’t forget to bring a valid photo ID.
If I lose my card, do I lose my benefits?
You keep your benefits until your card level expires. If you lose your card, visit the my
choice Center and show your valid photo ID. We’ll give you a replacement in a jiffy.
How do I earn tier points and mycash?
1. Insert your my
choice card into the slot machine you’re playing. Or if you’re at a table, show it to your dealer.
2. You earn tier points on slots, video poker, table games and poker. The more you play, the more tier points you earn. The more tier points you earn, the higher your tier. And the higher your tier, the more benefits you enjoy. Just remember that tier points can’t be spent.
3. my cash is what you spend to get the things you enjoy. You can redeem it for everything from free slot play to dining to shopping, accommodations and even cash back. Double the value of your my cash when you use it for hotel, dining or retail (for example, $2 in retail shopping = $1 my cash). Slot play is equal value ($1 slot play = $1 my cash). And if you redeem your my cash for actual cash, you get $.50 for every $1 in my cash.
My mychoice card expired, can I still use it?
The expiration date simply tells us that your card may not reflect your most recent tier, since you have between January 1 and December 31 of each year to earn a new tier. If your card is expired, you can also get an updated one at the my
Will my points and mycash accumulate at all mychoice locations?
choice locations are linked together so you should play with just one my choice card to ensure all points accumulate. If you don't know which card to play on, ask the my choice department on your next visit.
After six months of inactivity your my
cash will expire.
Will an offer I received be available to me at any mychoice location?
At the moment, your offers are good at the specific destination that sends them. We’re working on making offers good at all Pinnacle Entertainment destinations, but we’re not there quite yet. Stay tuned!
How long after I upgrade can I book my Las Vegas, and Royal Caribbean benefit (when eligible)?
We ask that you wait until the 15th of the month following your tier upgrade to book. That way we can be sure you enjoy the best service.
How do I get offers in the mail?
You’ll get special offers in the mail based on your level of play. Remember to update your address periodically, this way you won’t miss out on any offers.
Why do I need a PIN (personal identification number)?
We value your privacy and protection. With your unique PIN, you and you alone are able to access your bonus, comp and mycash rewards. You can also use your PIN to download your rewards and mycash while you’re at your favorite slot machine. Too add or reset your PIN, just stop by the my
Why have my offers decreased?
When we mail offers to you, they’re based on your level of play from two or more months back. If your play has increased since then, later offers will reflect that. Just make sure you’re getting all the rewards you deserve by ensuring your my
choice card is fully inserted into your slot machine during play, and that you always show your card to a dealer when you’re at the tables.

How do I activate my online account?
It’s pretty easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. Visit a my choice center at any one of our destinations to register and sign up for a new my choice account.
2. Once you have registered click the “ACTIVATE” button at the top right of the my choice website. Complete the form on the account activation page with the information that was used to register your account and click the “ACTIVATE” button.
Why did I receive an error message while activating my account?
It’s probably due to one of two things:
1. An account might already exist for the my choice number you entered. Click on the “SIGN IN” button on the top right of the my choice website. Then click on the “forgot password” link. Complete the form on the reset password page to update your existing account.
2. The personal information you entered does not match the information you registered your account with. You can visit the my choice Center and one of our representatives will help clear everything up with your updated information.
How do I change my password if I have forgotten it?
Simple. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Click on the “SIGN IN” button on the top right of the my choice website. Then click on the “forgot password” link. Complete the form on the reset password page and click on “RESET PASSWORD” to update your existing account.
Why do I need to validate my account?
We want to be sure we’re sending email updates to the right address. That way you never miss out on important information or new benefits. Validating your email address after you activate your online account helps us do that.
How do I change the email address on my account?
Just log into your account and click “Account settings” on the left, select “Personal Info” from the dropdown menu, then enter your new email address under “PERSONAL INFO” and Click save.
How do I change the mailing address on my account?
Just log into your account and click “Account settings” on the left, select “Personal Info” from the dropdown menu, then enter your new mailing address under “PERSONAL INFO” and Click save.
How do I access myconnection?
Once you reach Preferred tier status, you can access my
connection on mychoice.com, simply by logging into your my choice account and clicking on the “MYCONNECTION” link on the left.
How do I send VIP services a message?
We want you to feel like a VIP all the time, so we make it easy. Just select the property you want, type in the message box, then click “VIP Services.”
How do I send my host a message?
Easy. Select your destination, type your message in the box, then click the button with your host’s name.
Why don’t I see my host in myconnection?
Your host won’t be visible unless he or she is available on my
connection at that time.
Are my myconnection messages private?
If you’re communicating with VIP services or your host, then yes – it’s completely private. If you post a message in the community, it’s visible by everyone in your tier community. Remember that communities are a great forum to communicate with other members at your tier.
How do I change the default property in myconnection?
It’s an easy change. Select “Edit my
connection Preferences” in the upper-right corner and select a new option under “Primary Destination.”
