• Guests can go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play app store and search for “mychoice rewards”.
• Alternatively, guests can hold their phone up to property signage that will direct them to the mychoice app store page for download via QR code.

How can existing mychoice guests login?

• Guests will need to register the first time the app is used unless they already have a mychoice.com login.
• If an online account was created prior to July 2019, guest must delete the old account and re-register. This can be done by reaching out to mychoiceloyaltyapp@pennentertainment.com.

Why hasn't a guest received their verification email?

• If a guest has already registered their email address with mychoice.com then they will not receive an email verification and should login to the app using the same login credentials.

Details: All existing mychoice guests who download and login to the mychoice app will receive $10 mycash and 5 million credits on mychoice casino:

$10 mycash is loaded to guests’ accounts the day of mychoice app download. Guests will receive a push notification stating that mycash has been loaded to their accounts. mycash can be redeemed in multiple ways including but not limited to the following: food, hotel, on-property retail outlets, social gaming, slot play. After the start of the promotional period, guests will receive a push notification at the time of download with the promo code for 5 million credits on mychoice casino; the promo code will also be displayed on the home screen within the app for seven (7) days. The promo code may be redeemed once per account.
